The U.S Embassy in Ouagadougou organized on October 21 a YALI Mandela Washington Fellowship information session to help potential applicants learn more about the program. The Ouagadougou info session, the first in a series of five which will include Bobo-Dioulasso, Fada N’Gourma, Ouahigouya, and Koudougou, was led by English Language Program Specialist Lynn Ouedraogo and EducationUSA Advisor Placide Tankoano. They explained the Mandela Washington Fellowship and detailed the conditions and requirements to apply. Josue Ango, a 2015 fellow shared his experiences and answered questions from the audience.
