On June 27, the Deputy Chief of Mission of the United States Embassy to Burkina Faso, David Young, went to Koudougou to take part in the inauguration of the Women’s Entrepreneurship Workshop, a conference funded by the U.S. Embassy.
The workshop aims to build in women the capacity to start and maintain their own business so they can to contribute to the development of their country and the wellbeing of their families. It is taking place from June 27 to July 1 at the Palais de Jeu de Koudougou with about twenty pre-registered participants.
The Deputy Chief of Mission was pleased to participate in the inauguration and to meet the participants. He took the opportunity to encourage them to benefit from what they are going to learn during the workshop for their families, friends and the whole country.
