On February 5, 2015, Ambassador Tulinabo Mushingi and his delegation attended the opening ceremony of the In-Out Dance Festival. This Festival, created by Aguibou Bougobali Sanou who is a dance professional and the president of Tamadia Company, is a major cultural event held every year in Bobo-Dioulasso and brings together professionals of the dance sector from several countries around the world.
During this ceremony, public presentations were given, also providing for the occasion, the opportunity for small children to dance and interact with professionals. Ambassador Mushingi gave a speech and encouraged the festival organizers to pursue the dream of a better Burkina through dance. This year again, the U.S. Embassy has funded the In-Out Dance Festival.
