The U.S. Embassy in partnership with FESPACO is sponsoring a short film competition. The winning film will be featured / projected before every FESPACO 2019 film! Films must be no longer than 30 seconds, in horizontal orientation, and at least 720p quality. Your film must cover themes of civic engagement, tolerance, and unity.
