The Embassy of the United States of America in Ouagadougou launches the Mandela Washington Fellowship recruitment in Burkina Faso
The Mandela Washington Fellowship is the flagship of U. S. President Obama’s Young African Leaders Initiative – YALI. This program will bring 1,000 young leaders to the United States in 2016 for leadership training and mentoring and will create unique opportunities in Africa to put those new skills to practical use in propelling economic growth and prosperity and strengthening democratic institutions.
If you are between the ages of 25 and 35 years, if you are proficient in English, if you are a citizen and resident of Burkina Faso, and if you already have a proven record of leadership in business and entrepreneurship or public service or community service, then you are strongly invited to Apply Now.
