Ambassador Mushingi led a team to the Mogho Naaba palace on April 19, 2016. The purpose of the visit was to offer a basketball signed by famous retired basketball player Dikembe Mutombo to the Mogho Naaba. The Mogho Naaba, king of the mossi tribe is known for his love of sport, including basketball. Ambassador Mushingi took the opportunity to share with the king all the meetings he had with all the ministers in the government and the U.S. commitment to accompany Burkina Faso. The King of Mossi expressed his gratefulness and asked for more cooperation between the two countries henceforward.
