The Regional Procurement Support Office at the US Consulate General Frankfurt hereby provides
the following solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for:
Health Insurance for Locally Employed Staff,
U.S. Embassy Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso.
The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) Frankfurt would like to invite your company to submit a proposal for LES Health Insurance for US Embassy Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso as per attached solicitation documents. The complete proposal shall be submitted by e-mail with the subject line “Proposal 19GE5024R0003” on or before 1400hrs Central European Time (CET) on January 19, 2024, to JacobsenW@state.gov.
No proposals will be accepted after the time indicated above.
a. All communication and the award documents shall be in English.
b. Please do NOT contact the US Embassy Ouagadougou directly regarding this project.
c. Attachment 1 of the solicitation contains the Microsoft Excel spreadsheet for pricing you need to complete / submit. You may choose the currency of your offer, but we would like to point out that your chosen currency cannot be changed at any later date.
d. Please submit your proposal in accordance with the instructions set forth in Section 3 / Summary of Instructions (page 72) of the solicitation.
e. An active SAM registration is a condition of award (See Section 2, FAR clause 52.212-4 (t)).
f. Section V of the solicitation contains the representations and certifications you need to complete / submit.g. Attachment 2 (Contract Information Sheet / Experience Listing) – please use this format to submit the requested information.
A virtual Pre-Proposal conference to discuss the terms and conditions of this solicitation and resulting contract and to explain the Instructions to Offerors for proposal submission will be held on December 19, 2023 at 10:00 am Central European Time (CET) via Webex. Prior registration is required. Interested offerors shall register for the pre-proposal conference by December 17, 2023 with an email to JacobsenW@state.gov.
Any questions regarding the subject solicitation may be directed to Ms. Wencke Jacobsen via e-mail JacobsenW@state.gov no later than 1400hrs Central European Time (CET) on December 21, 2023. Questions will be collected, and in the interest of fair contracting, the replies will be provided anonymously in form of a solicitation amendment.
