Prime Minister Isaac Zida honored Ambassador Mushingi and Mission Ouaga on December 16, 2015 at the Kosyam palace by naming him “Sid Pawalamde” in Moore, or “truth is not whispered.” The decoration ceremony took place in front of many members of government and military, as well as a group from Mission Ouaga. Prime Minister I. Zida thanked the Ambassador as more than a friend of the Burkinabe, but as a “type of school”. This is an honor for the One Team – One Mission objectif of the mission.
