The Embassy of the United States in Ouagadougou is currently recruiting interns to serve four months, from December 2017 to March 2018. The internship Program was designed for students in Burkina Faso and aims at benefiting both the Embassy and students by providing students with valuable educational experience in foreign affairs and by assisting posts in accomplishing their goals. In the last cycle, interns contributed to Public Affairs events including, conferences, road show and media outreach. There are opportunities to work with all sections of the Embassy. There are no benefits attached to this internship and no compensation, nor any future employment rights. This unpaid program is open to all students enrolled for the 2016-2017 or 2017-2018 academic year and provides the opportunity to work in the Embassy and to gain experience in various areas.
