Routine consular services for American citizens remain suspended. American citizens whose passports are expired or will expire within 30 days can request an appointment to be issued an emergency passport by emailing consularouaga@state.gov. American citizens undergoing an emergency and in need of immediate assistance outside working hours can call our switchboard at (226) 25 49 53 00 and ask to speakwith the dutyofficer.
