On Thursday May 31, 2018, the United States of America handed over to the new leader of the health FTP, UNFPA, the FTP leader role that it has been playing through USAID for the past two years. In the presence of many health FTP, the Minister of Health, Professor Nicolas Méda and Ambassador Andrew Young have praised the catalytic role played by the health FTP leader in coordinating the actions of the health FTP and in solving some key problems faced by health sector. Professor Nicolas Méda expressed his confidence in the new health FTP leader and Ambassador Andrew Young promised to the incoming health FTP leader full support from all the FTP.
