The U.S. Embassy informs U.S. citizens that a curfew has been established from 11 pm until 6 am. Until further notice, Embassy personnel have been instructed to avoid downtown Ouagadougou. The Embassy is monitoring reports of fire and gunfire in the area of Hotel Splendid and Café restaurant Cappuccino.
