Last week, his Excellency Tulinabo S. Mushingi, the Ambassador of the United States to Burkina Faso, was in Washington D.C. for the annual conference of ambassadors. This conference is a gathering place for American diplomatic representatives from around the world and serves as an occasion to improve embassy collaboration and strengthen leadership.
During the conference, President Barack H. Obama met with his Ambassadors while also taking time to exchange a few words, and a handshake, with Ambassador Mushingi.
